Hercules unveils its next generation PC cam:
DUALPIX DUAL MODE CAMERA
London, September 2-4, 2001 - ECTS Booth #1632 - Hercules, a world leader in
digital imaging, today announces its first pocket-design dual-mode camera,
including all the functions of a high-end PC camera, a Digital Still Camera
and a video-clip camera.
Hercules Dualpix is a user-friendly detachable product that you can take
away and use for capturing your best vacation moments or favourite family
events. It offers top quality still images in 1027 x 768 and 640 x 480
pixels.
When positioned on top of your PC monitor, thanks to its 3-meter cable, it
converts into a high-quality PC camera, enabling smooth, crystal-clear
videophone calls. It also offers easy video e-mailing and live video
streaming over the Internet. When you're away from home, Dualpix converts
into a useful watchdog by recording any movement within its field and
sending you e-mails with attached movies of the intruder.
After downloading the 128 images or 15 video clips stored in the built-in
memory onto your PC, you can e-mail these pictures or videos to distant
friends, at the touch of a button. The Ulead software supplied also provides
the opportunity to edit, print and share pictures on the Imira.com site.

Dualpix, including a high-quality CCD lens and advanced technology,
