FIC 1stMainboard AD11 offers support for AMD Athlon? XP processor

Taipei, October 10, 2001- FIC is proud to announce that its popular socket A motherboard, the 1stMainboard AD11 is one of the few DDR motherboards to be officially recognized by AMD for support of its Athlon? The state of the art 1stMainboard AD11 is no exception and receives the distinction of being the first motherboard to be recommended by AMD for 266 MHz FSB support.

The 1stMainboard AD11 is based around a hybrid chipset consisting of the AMD 761 North Bridge and the VIA 686B as the South Bridge and benefits significantly from the advanced Irongate 4 architecture of the 761 chip. Other features include AGP 4X, ATA 100 and support for as many as 4 USB connections. 1stMainboard AD11 comes packaged with the NOVUS suite of features including Overclock Partner®, LogoGenie® and Hot Key that enable users to fine-tune their system.
