The Soyo SY-TISU is one of the first Intel Pentium 3 "Tualatin"-compatible
boards to make it to market. Even though the SY-TISU hit the market only
shortly after the original Intel reference board, it still manages to
pack-in a fair number of Overclocking features. That just goes to show how
competent Soyo's design team is; it takes a certain amount of moxy to put
together an Overclockable board so shortly after a reference platform's
introduction.
