"As most of you know, water-cooling has proved to be one of the most effective ways to cool a processor. The ?hard-core? overclockers feel that liquid cooling is the only way to go. Some wander into even more aggressive liquid based cooling like Peltier (TEC)-based liquid cooling or even to more drastic measures that involve liquid nitrogen.
