Spire introduces IceWave Peltier cooling!

Spire is proud to introduce to you its thermal-electric Cooler, the next generation in CPU cooling technology. The project, codenamed ICEWAVE, was completely designed and manufactured by Spire.

A Peltier Thermal-Electric Cooler can best be described as a "heat pump".
It pumps heat from one side of the heatsink to the other (using electricity). This means that a Peltier element has a hot and a cool side, usually the temperature difference between the hot and the cold side is about 70F degrees.

The idea for Thermal-Electric Coolers has been around for a while but condensation problems have consistently prevented the application of this new technology. Spire has added our own specially-designed logic boards that will control the Peltier Thermal-Electric Cooler and eliminate the roadblocks that have prevented the implementation of this technology.

Some of the benefits of a Peltier Cooler are:
Cools CPU processors up to 4.0 GHz
Installs in any PC in 60 seconds
Eliminates overheating, vastly improving CPU reliability
Provides controlled and stable operation of CPU even under the most
demanding conditions
Noise reduction system eliminates most noise from computer fans
Spire has plans to release two versions of the ICEWAVE for: Intel P4 478 to 4 GHz, AMD AthlonXP to 3400+.
