Yes, I agree the temperatures are somewhat higher than the other coolers. But every last one of them have fans. Each of them make some noise and vibration rather if you hear it or not. Amazing enough though, these temperatures are cooler than the Intel Stock Cooler I had before. There are hardware factors that have cause these high temperatures in my case.
