Xbitlabs har lavet en artikel hvor de sammenligner otte CD-ROM drev.
CD-ROM drev, er jo noget vi alle skal bruge, og der er faktisk ret stor forskel på dem:
"Even though CD-ROM drives are very often replaced with CD-RW or DVD-ROM drives, they still enjoy certain demand, especially when it goes to reducing the system cost. Therefore, we decided to test eight CD-ROM drives from seven manufacturers. All the devices come with the most popular ATAPI (IDE) interface. The devices range in their speeds from 48x to 54x, so they all fall into one "weight" category."
