Samsung releases 1GB DDR notebook memory
Samsung har nu meddelt at de er begyndt at sende 1GB DDR- Ram til bærbare på markedet.
It claimed it is first to release this type of memory in volume, and said the memory outperformed the older DDR 266 memory by 50% at peak bandwidth.
