Is the Little River Cascade the best block in the World? Hell, I don't know. I haven't tested every block in the world. And with water cooling hitting the same wall air cooling hit some time back, it will be harder and harder to say. And certainly beyond what I can measure in an uncontrolled environment with ordinary equipment. I do think it's probably about as good as it will get. Something Cathar said in the massive Cascade thread at Overclockers.au stuck in my mind, "I've come to see the Cascade as the final destination in my water-cooling journey."
