AMD annoncerer Athlon 64 FX-53

AMD har annonceret deres hidtil hurtigeste processor, Athlon 64 FX-53 som kører med en clockfrekvens på 2.4 GHz. Processoren, som med en pris på hele US$ 733, primært henvender sig til entusiaster, benytter et Dual-Channel hukommelses-interface, og kommer indtil videre kun til Socket 940.
