Test: GIGABYTE GA-AB 350N- Gaming WiFi

Konklusion

Dette GIGABYTE AB350N GAMING WIFI har været rigtigt lækkert at have til test. Det performer lige så godt som X370 Bundkortene og den eneste forskel der er på de 2 chipsæt er da også primært i antallet af M.2 sokler og SATA3, samt USB internt på chipsættet. Dette bundkort skal nok finde frem til en masse mini setups. Jeg var i hele testperioden særdeles tilfreds med både hvordan RAM og bundkortet generelt kørte. Jeg så heller ikke nogen problemer overhovedet med at køre 3200Mhz med de Geil EVO X som jeg benyttede. Så generelt et ret billigt M-ITX bundkort som jeg varmt kan anbefale.

Dette bundkort er måske nok ikke helt toppen af poppen som X370 bundkortene, ikke desto mindre er det lykkedes GIGABYTE's ingeniører at hive så meget som muligt ud af B350 chipsættet som muligt både hvad angår funktionalitet og ydelse så dette bundkort lægger sig helt op til X370.

Med til dette bundkort følger der kun lige akkurat hvad du skal bruge til bundkortet og meget mere kan man vel ikke forlange.

Design/Layout - 4
Designet synes jeg personligt godt om. Om man lige er til de knaldrøde RAM sokler og PCIe slottet må være op til den enkeltes smag.

Software/BIOS - 4
Også med dette bundkort medfølger der en masse brugbar software som både Gameren og Enthusiasten vil sætte pris på. BIOS'en er som vi er vant til at se den fra GIGABYTE glimrende og velfungerende.

Ydelse - 4
AB350N yder fuldt ud på højde med X370 chipsættet og det er kun delvist begrænset sammenlignet med dette, så alt i alt et topydende lille bundkort.

Pris - 4
Prisen på omkring en tusse synes jeg er særdeles rimelig i forhold til at man med dette bundkort får både mulighed for M.2 SSD og et indbygget AC Netkort.

UK summary

This GIGABYTE AB350N GAMING WIFI has been very nice to have for testing. It performs just as well as the X370 Motherboards, and the only difference in the 2 chipset is primarily the number of M.2 sockets and SATA3, and USB internally on the chipset. This motherboard will probably find a lot of mini setups. During the whole test period, I was very pleased with how RAM and the motherboard generally drove. I also did not see any problems at all, driving 3200Mhz with the Geil EVO X that I used. So generally a fairly cheap M-ITX motherboard that I highly recommend.

This motherboard might not be the top of the doll like the X370 motherboards. Nevertheless, GIGABYTE engineers have succeeded in pulling as much as possible out of the B350 chipset, as far as functionality and performance are concerned, so this motherboard is completely up to the X370.

It comes with just what you need to get the motherboard installed and much more you can not ask for.

Design/Layout - 4
I personally like the design. Whether one just for the bright red RAM slots and PCIe socket is up to the individual's taste.

Software/BIOS - 4
Also with this motherboard comes a lot of useful software that both the gamer and enthusiast will appreciate. The BIOS is, as we are used to seeing it from GIGABYTE, brilliant and well-functioning.

Performance - 4
The AB350N fully complies with the X370 chipset and is only partially limited compared to this, so overall, a top-performing small motherboard.

Price - 4
The price of about a thousand DKK I think is very reasonable as this motherboard allows both M.2 SSD and a built-in AC network card.
