MSI K8N Neo2 multiplier/HT freq problem

Hej jeg har et mindre problem som jeg har postet en del andre steder, håber en kan hjælpe mig:
I have the problem that my mobo cant boot into windows without error if i set my multiplier below 11 (I got an 3500+ Winchester)
Or if i set my HT frequence above 230.
Can someone help me, i am running with the latest 1.41 bios wich every OC guru tells is the greatest, i also tried others but the same problem.
I tried nearly any voltage configuration as well.

If i set the multi to 10 and the HT to 230 the system is twice as unstable as at 11 x 230, how come, this is very vierd to me.

I have had a lot of troubles with this, tried to read anything i could find, both here and at other sites, searching over google etc, so i would be really really glad to see if someone could please help me out.
