#2 hvis jeg ikke husker helt forkert er TCC5 specificeret til 233Mhz ved 2,5-3-3-8 og 250 ved 3-4-4-8 så det skulle være muligt.
og lidt info fra google :00 (muskin ingeniør)
The TCC5 part is the same dye as TCCD just binned out different. Instead of rating at 500Mhz as TCCD is, the TCC5 is rated at 466. The TCC5 can hold tight timings if properly binned at PC3200 speeds and even over, just like TCCD. However, with Samsung limiting TCCD output, TCC5 has become more viable option for these lower end parts that don't need TCCD.
og lidt fra ocz også
The TCCD varied with week codes. The early stuff liked volts, the later liked less, and the TCC5 seems about like my middle period TCCD. It likes about 2.8-2.9v, depending on the CPU. All timings are identical. I go from one to the other (I had some TCC5 samples here and didn't know it, honest!) without any real changes. Sure some kits are a bit better than others, but my fastest stuff is TCC5.
Alt i alt så kan du ikke regne med at billige ram med TCC5 ocer ligeså godt, men hvis du køber nogen fra OCZ, Mushkin, GSkill så burde du være sikker på at få nogle kanone overclockere ;)
