Jeg fandt lige frem til to eventuelle løsninger, som du kunne prøve.
Det første er følgende: "... I have a Dell Computer which comes with a hidden FAT partition for running some kinds of diagnostics. This hidden FAT (EISA) partition is visible to Vista, but cannot be managed (deleted, etc) by Vista. This FAT is about 47MB in size. It is very small. My view (to be confirmed by more detailed investigation) is that the Windows Vista Backup utility is trying to back up this hidden FAT partition and for some reason cannot do it. This usually happens at the end of the first back up DVD (internal). It returns an I/O error when it encounters this. I was able to get rid of this hidden FAT partition by first booting the system with an old Windows XP install disk, which sees this partition and can delete it. I should add that earlier I had been able to run Vista Backup successfully to an external DVD-RW with no error displayed. I cannot explain why this worked but using the internal DVD-RW, I would get the error 0x8007045D. I hope this helps unbundling this mystery."
Altså find en Windows XP CD og tjek om der er en gemt FAT partition.
Eller du kunne prøve følgende: "Fixed here. Goto computer properties | Advanced system settings | System protection tab. Uncheck all drives, hit apply. This will turn of shadow copies and clear them. Reenable the drives, hit apply. Since you just cleared them all you may also want to hit the create button to repopulate at least one. Run the backup again.
I'll be taking this in to Microsoft to figure out root cause. Unknown right now."
