Hej.
Jeg har lige købt mig et XFX 260GTX grafikkort.
Så ville jeg prøve at spille COD4 med, da jeg så begynder at spille kommer der en underlig lyd fra kortet, det "spinder" højere og højere jo mere grafisk arbejde der bliver.
Skal det gøre sådan? Har aldrig oplevet det før.
Det gør samme nummer i BF2.

Du tror ikke at det er blæseren du kan høre fordi tempen stiger?

Nej, for jeg har nemlig prøvet at få blæseren til at stoppe, det fortsatte bare.

Lyder som et defekt kort så, stor sandsynlighed for at de vil faile under længere tids load.

Jamen, den lyder faktisk lidt lige som harddisk, bare MEGET højere? Nærmest lige som rislen, ligesom om blæseren går på, men det er ikke den :s

Du har ikke en ledning som går på CPU blæseren? Den spinder jo sikkert også op når den skal knokle noget mere.
Det er også muligt at der sidder en dårlig komponent på det nye GFX.

Nej, der er ingen ledninger på CPU blæseren :s. Har haft øret inde i maskinen og konstateret at det ér gfx der larmer.

Prøv at pille det ud igen, og sætte det i igen.
er det ikk bare coilwhine mit gør det samme når der er scener med 100+ fps dog ikke noget man lægger mærke til 😉

Aner jeg godt nok ikke om der er ;).
Hvis det er så tror jeg ikk der er så meget og gøre ved det 😕 men prøv og søg på youtube så kan du måske høre om det lyder som det 😉

If the frequency of the signal is in resonance with the physical wires of the coil, the coil may vibrate. Oft times, the vibration is beyond human hearing (yokes in TV's can do this), other times it's in the range of human hearing.
There are many electrical parts/circuits which can cause whining noises, so don't just assume you are hearing coils. "Annoying buzzing/electrical sound[s]" are unlikely to eminate from a coil - you have something else making noise. Whining is caused by a part (or parts) physically vibrating.
Unto itself, voltage is not going to cause a whining sound. Voltage is electrical potential (actually, EMF); current through a device is dependent on the voltage across it. With a CPU, changing the voltage probably changes the operating frequency of various components within the processor (I really don't know what is changed), however something is probably in resonance with the signal. If you can narrow down the source of the noise, you may be able to reduce or eliminate it. Try using the paper tube from a roll of paper towels to "listen" to various parts of your system to locate the source.

Mit 8800GTX gør det også, og jeg har fundet synderen... Nu skal jeg bare have fat i noget silicone og så sprøjte det ind så den kan holde sin kæft xD
Btw hedder det ikke 260GTX, men GTX 260 - hvis du nu skulle google og så om andre har problemet :)
