IC7 load temp, 85?

Hej, har sat min Ic7 920 (C0) op på de 3.6 ghz, med brug af boxkøleren.

CPUen ligger ved 70 grader ved full load i prime men de 4 kerner ligger på 87+88 grader efter 5 minutter ved prime95 testing.

Idle ligger CPU ved 35-38 grader og de 4 kerner til 45-50 grader

Mit setup ser således ud:

Mobo: Ex58+UDR3
cpu: Ic7 920 C0
RAM: XMS3 2x2048MB DDR3, PC12800 DDR1600
køler: Intel box køler

Er mit clock for ambitiøst i forhold til hvad box køleren kan klare?
Skal jeg evt. clocke den lidt ned igen? har ikke gjort det da det er sjældent alle mine 4 kerner er belastede 100%. Har endnu ikke fået et eneste crash, og har kørt med 3.6 weekenden over.

Ville måske overveje om det er sundt for CPU'en over længere tid.

Din vcore er alt for høj, sæt den ned til mellem 1,175v -1,25v

Prøv at sæt LLC til Enable og CPU Vcore til 1.20v 🙂 Og hvis den er stabil så prøv sæt den til 1.18v også videre...
