You will be very unlucky to get to Pcservicecenter.dk, Especially in Hellerup on Bernstorffsvej 82.
They advertise to discover a mistake in 24h.
In my case it happened after 2 weeks. The case was simple
- Install new Windows. But it wasn't so simple for them.
ANYTHING you discuss with one person, the other will never fallow the thread.
In the end, After 2 MONTHS !
they reinstall Windows twice.
THEY DELETED ALL MY DATA when I gave it back second time.
People working there decided to wipe all my files and everything.
Also removed partitions - after second time.
Now CDrom doesn't work at all.
I've never heard 'I'm sorry'. They even blamed me for not repeating every single time everything to everyone, which actually I started to implement month ago, but still didn't work.
I spent a lot of time and money for phone calls!!!
The Owner / Boss / whatever... doesn't have guts to answer
my e-mails and doesn't have guts to give me his phone number.
In the shops they also refuse to give me contact to their boss.
It's a circus not a service.
Shame for European pc service standard.
Keep yourself away from this place. I guess ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN THIS!

That sounds just terrible!
How important was your data? Maybe you should try to use "getdataback" or another data recovery program to restore your lost data if it hasn't been overwritten.

Well just a small note on the point of erasing data. That is standard procedure, but off course you should have been informed of this..

Jeg har også dårlige erfaringer med dem.
En af mine kammerater havde en bærbar som blev ekstremt varm og larmede som et jetfly, den var også begyndt at fryse i programmer.
De sagde så til ham at grafikkortet var defekt og det ville koste 5000 at få skiftet :).
jeg sagde at det ikke kunne passe og jeg tog dem hjem til mig.
rensede den for støv og proppede noget nyt kølepaste på cpu og gfx og VUPTI den var som ny.
Han skulle forresten betale 200 for fejlfindingen alene.

I had to take it somewhere...
I'm quite hopeless in these things so in the end you have to trust someone and pay.
But I really wish them bad. I've never seen such amateurs practising rip off.

Anyway when I brought it back second time I requested to get my data back (All the way I was constantly underlining that I want to keep my files and they did that first time but not second)
so they did work on this and in the end I have like million folders with my files which are incomplete. I had a lot of photos of my works and I can not open them ( maybe just 0,01% is usable)
Music is totally mixed up, destroyed - but that I'll survive.
So it is on my disc taking huge space and now I can not even delete this.....I don't know why. It's like - file can not be removed.
I'm so sick of it. I can hardly look at this computer.
I'm quite hopeless in these things so in the end you have to trust someone and pay.
