You can read all Synology tutorials on www.synology.com - If you need anything else then please post it here for us to see. If you have any tech support issues then it might be best to call the tech support line 0044 1908587422 alternatively, you do get some good answers from other users in this forum.
A competition is a good idea and perhaps that is something we can look at with HWT in the future.
