har du prøvet at lave en SFC check i cmd?
kørt CMD som administrator og skriv sfc /scannow og tryk enter og lad den køre og se om den finder nogle problemer.

Prøv at slå defender fra efter sådan en genstart. min chrashede på grund af defender

Hvis det sker under spil sa reinstaller dine graffikort og chipset driver og evet lydkort driver fra chips producenterne (ikke fra bundkort/grafikort producentent)
