B350 boards usually get hotter than the X370-470 chipsets, anyway at 100C (celcius) something is wrong.
Make sure you're using proper thermal paste (and amount),
would recommend Gelid GC extreme or similar
What bios version are you running? The latest one for your board is Version 4011. Released 2018/05/02 and can be found here

Check for auto overclocking on your board and turn it off (if its on by default and set to manual)
There have been many bios updates for that board, which includes many system performance improvements and updated AGESA & SMU
Er du sikker på det er celsius og ikke fahrenheit? just in case...

Thanks for your input. The BIOS version is 4011. I've also tried downgrading to 3803. I am using proper thermal paste etc.
Regarding the "stock" overclock, I think there's something to that - but I can't figure out how to turn it off. I've tried most of the settings, but the core voltage keeps hitting 1,4v constantly. I had it set to 1,25v at one boot, but accidentally changed it back.

You can easily write in danish. I do understand it to the fullest, but I just can't write it grammarly correct myself.
Oh forgot something. If you have XMP/DCOP profile enabled, then disable it and try to set the ram timings manually. Sometimes the XMP profiles also messes with VIDD voltage.
