Et kig ind hos Ageia

GDHardware's besøg hos AGEIA har bragt dem nogle close-up billeder af Ageia's kommende PPU-kerne og selve boardet. Man får også et lille glimt af en showcase-demo, samt med hvilke slags programmer og hvordan de arbejder.



We first introduced our readers, and the world, to AGEIA last year during the Spring IDF when they announced their upcoming PPU (Physics Processing Unit) dubbed: PhysX (No I in PhysX). Since then we?ve seen some of their competition start squirming in their seats, worried that in fact their days may be numbered. You see, no other company (we know of) has a dedicated PPU in the works let alone have leading add-in board companies such as BFGTech and ASUS in their back pocket.
