A-Data Technology Overclock memory team has again developed the world fastest DDR3-2000X after the announcement of DDR3-1900X one month ago. gad vide om der overhovedet er et bundkort og en processor der sammen kan udnytte denne nye hastighed. Intls processorer er jo ikke så afhængige af RAM fart og AMD har stadig ikke en DDR3 platform.

#3 phenom skulle vist kunne tage både ddr2 og ddr3, det var der i hvert fald rygter om en overgang.
Det ville også være dumt at sende en cpu ud nu som kun kunne køre med DDR3 ram, for det er jo som #1 siger alt for dyrt. (specielt når ddr2 nu er så billigt.)

#4 Så vidt huskes kommer det med AM3 soklen.

DDR3? Jeg er faktisk ikke en skid imponeret, men det skyldes jo nok at jeg har en AM2'er, og i andre har C2D og ældre AMD platforme. Med std 800MHz på mine Corsair pc6400c4 ligger jeg på lige under 8000 i write og read, og jeg har herinde set brugere der har været over 11000, stadig med DDR2 og væsentligt bedre timings end de 9taller der. Men det ændrer sig jo nok når AMD fusker en platform sammen der kan understøtte det. Så får vi se hvilke hastigheder man reelt kan opnå med DDR3. Indtil videre er jeg dog fuldt ud tilfreds med ydelsen på mine søvnige DDR2, ISÆR når prisen tages med i betragtning 😛
