Better performance by standard Overclocking


MSI proudly introduces its latest MSI NX8800GTS-T2D512E-
OC graphic card, based on NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800GTS series GPU. After raising the number of stream processors inside the GPU core, the MSI NX8800GTS-T2D512E-OC achieves even better benchmark results and real application performances than ever. MSI provides an overclocked version which is up to 12% faster. MSI is using a new and improved dual slot cooler with noise reduction and better cooling performances then the MSI NX8800GT series with single slot cooler. New wafering technology
Compared to the previous MSI 8800 Series, the latest MSI NX8800GTS-T2D512E-OC comes with advanced 65nm wafering technology. This technology effectively reduces the heat and provides better over-clocking performances as executing 3D applications. The more advanced wafering technology can increase the stream processors inside up to 128 units. Compared to the GeForce 8800GT, the operating clock increased from 1500MHz to 1625MHz.

PCI Express 2.0 interface
The MSI NX8800GTS-T2D512E-OC supports PCI Express 2.0, to meet the demands for higher data throughput. PCI Express 2.0 provides two times the bandwidth compared to the previous generation. The MSI NX8800GTS-T2D512E-OC is backwards compatible with the current PCI Express generation. "We expect that in 2008 more native DirectX10 games will be coming up," according to Vincent Lai, director of MSI's Global Marketing Group. "There will be a lot of special effects that make use of the power of DirectX10, such as DOF, Motion Blur and Soft Particles. The MSI NX8800GTS-T2D512E-OC is a must have for gamers to experience the gaming experience like it should be!"
