GIGABYTE præsenterer gaming bundkort G1.Assassin, G1.Sniper og G1.Guerrilla

De tre spil bundkort med kodenavnet G1.Assassin, G1.Sniper og G1.Guerrilla er nu tilgængelig i butikker og online shops. GIGABYTE G1.Killer serien fokusere på, hvad der er vigtigt for spillere: performance.


De bundkort er baseret på Intels X58 chipsæt, som understøtter high-end Intel ® Core T i7-processorer, herunder den rekordstore Intel ® Core T i7990X Extreme Edition-processor, men det er ikke alt.
G1.Killer bundkort serien, tilbyder også fremragende grafisk ydelse: G1.Assassin giver nemlig mulighed for at bruge 4-vejs-Crossfire og 3-vejs-SLI, mens G1.Sniper og G1.Guerilla understøtter 3-vejs-SLI og 3-vejs -Crossfire.
GIGABYTE ønsker at tilbyde spillerne mulighed for at bruge alle udvidelse slots for den hidtil største VGA præstation der tillige integreret alle vigtige komponenter på bundkort.

GIGABYTE presents gaming motherboards G1.Assassin, G1.Sniper and G1.Guerrilla
Hamburg, 17. March 2011 - GIGABYTE, a leading manufacturer of motherboards, graphics cards and other computing hardware solutions, today presents its new gaming motherboards. The three gaming motherboards codenamed G1.Assassin, G1.Sniper and G1.Guerrilla are now available in retail stores and online shops. The GIGABYTE G1.Killer series focus on what is important for gamers: performance.

The motherboards are based on Intel's X58 chipset, which supports high-end Intel® CoreT i7-processors including the record-breaking Intel® CoreT i7990X Extreme Edition- processor, but that is not all. The G1.Killer motherboards also offer outstanding graphic performance: The G1.Assassin offers the possibility to use 4-way-Crossfire and 3-way-SLI, whereas G1.Sniper and G1.Guerilla supports 3-way-SLI and 3-way-Crossfire. GIGABYTE wants to offer gamers the possibility to use all extension slots for unprecedented VGA performance having additionally integrated all important components onto the motherboards.

Each member of GIGABYTE's G1.Killer Gaming series use the Bigfoot Networks KillerT E2100 Game Networking platform - the best networking solution for gamers. A Network Processing Unit (NPU) with eine Gigabyte dedicated DDR2 memory helps to offload network traffic from the processor, freeing up resources for other important tasks. Killer Network Manager's Applications Tab uses Bigfoot Network's exclusive Visual Bandwidth ControlT Technology to enable users to see how much bandwidth they are using and which applications are using it.

Bigfoot's Advanced Game DetectT technology will keep the current game at top priority and provide all the bandwidth it needs while users continue to download. Bigfoot Network's exclusive Game Networking DNAT software offloads gaming data directly to the NPU by bypassing the Windows Network Stack, delivering tremendous speed benefits that allow you to move quicker, shoot faster, win bigger. The Bigfoot Networks KillerT E2100 game networking platform delivers up to ten times faster networking performance for a whole new level of online gaming performance. Users do not need an additional network card.

Gamers are also able to save money for a pricy sound solution as the GIGABYTE G1.Assassin and G1.Sniper motherboards are equipped with the Onboard Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Digital Audio Processor (20K2). GIGABYTE G1.Killer motherboards are the world's only gaming motherboards to feature onboard Creative's top-of-the-line Sound Blaster X-Fi Digital Audio Processor with X-Fi Xtreme Fidelity® and EAX® Advanced HDT 5.0 technologies, allowing you to experience sound in your gaming world exactly as you would in real life. The motherboards also support Dolby Digital Live and DTST Connect. The GIGABYTE G1-Killer series utilize a high capacity amplifier which is able to drive 150O loads, allowing gamers to enjoy a fuller range of dynamic sound with crisper details and less distortion when using high quality professional headphones.

Furthermore GIGABYTE offers a front panel for the G1.Assassin and G1.Sniper with two additional USB 3.0 ports and Power eSATA. The Front Access Control Panel also features a Quick Boost-button that allows gamers to instantaneously overclock their system with a single press of a button. Gamers in the thick of battle are thus able to get a super charged on-the-fly performance boost without the normally required system reboot.

Five strategically placed Smart Fan pin headers that allow more precise control of system and processor cooling help to eliminate heat from the motherboard. Equipped with their own individual thermal sensors, the Smart Fans can be easily controlled via GIGABYTE's EasyTuneT 6 utility as well as in the BIOS.

The GIGABYTE G1.Killer series features a brand new heat pipe that was designed to be as deadly to heat as it looks. By effectively spreading the heat from the critical areas of the motherboard such as the processor VRM zone and quickly dissipating it, all GIGABYTE G1.Killer series motherboards remain cool, even when the battle heats up. Modeled after common firearms issued to soldiers deployed to warzones including pistol, rifle and ammo clip, the Locked and Loaded heat pipe design utilizes a unique fluting technology similar to a rifle barrel fluting, which allows maximum heat dispersion.

All motherboards of GIGABYTE's G1.Killer series use unique GIGABYTE technologies like SATA 3.0 (6Gbps), USB 3.0 and 3x USB Power, the Ultra Durable 3 technology with double copper PCB for higher stability and longer life cycles.
