Gigabyte har tilføjet en ny udgave af GeForce GTX 1080 til deres line-up. Kortet har en nydesignet køleprofil, mere i tråd med det traditionelle design, og det ser ret godt ud.
Kortet er OC'et fra fabrikken til 1797 MHz / Base: 1657 MHz. GIGABYTE turbo fan køler, har et eksklusivt blæser ventilator design med "heat pipes direct touch technology", og det præsterer forrygende med en stabil ydeevne, f.eks. når du kører VR eller spil i ultra HD. Kortet er også nemt at installere indenfor 2 PCI-E slots i bredden på grund af dets kompakte profil.

The new Pascal-based card boasts an enhanced thermal system using a blower fan design, together with its premium materials and components, to deliver incredible gaming performance in a cool and quiet operation.
Built around a radial fan, the GIGABYTE Turbo Fan cooling system incorporates 3 pure copper composite heat-pipes with direct touch to the GPU for more efficient heat dissipation, together increasing the cooling capacity up to 8% compared to the Founder’s edition. The blower fan is designed to push the heated air out of the PC case through the rear exhaust to keep the system cool. With its blower design and compact profile, the card is also ideal when stacked closely together for SLI configuration.
The shroud of GTX 1080 Turbo OC Edition gives a sleek yet powerful look with its angular lines and orange accents. Underneath the shroud the card uses the highest-grade chokes and capacitors to ensure outstanding performance and durable system lifespan. In case of any power abnormality, gamers could easily visualize the issue at hand with the smart power LED indicator adjacent to the 8-pin power connector.
Built for overclocking, the card is further backed by an 8+2 phase power design for load balance that effectively extends the stability and longevity with lower component temperature.
