Specifikationerne er ganske fornuftige. Hurtigstartsguiden er ikke en hurtigstartsguide, men fortæller dig blot at du kan finde guiden på CDen. Min bekymring er bare at mange nyere laptops og stationære sælges uden optisk drev og derfor burde de enten overveje at printe guiden ud eller lægge software og guide på en USB pen. Alternativt kan du hente manualer mm på ASUSTORs hjemmeside. Guiden er velformuleret, og der er oven i købet en dansk version.

På hardwaresiden finder vi en Intel Celeron N3050, 1.6GHz Dual-Core med en TDP på 6 watt, og 2 GB DDR3 ram på printkortet. Der er naturligvis Gigabit ethernet forbindelse, og du kan sætte yderligere lagermedier og periferiudstyr til hele 3 styk USB 3.0 porte. Max harddisk kapacitet er to styks på op til 8 TB hver. Som en ekstra feature ved denne NAS kan du sætte den direkte til dit TV med et HDMI kabel. Det er det indbyggede intel grafikkort i CPU'en, der sørger for at afkode direkte fra NAS til dit TV.
