Konklusion
Innovation/Teknologi - 5
Software/BIOS - N/A

hereUK summary
The GTX 2080 is currently a bit special. We can not test the performance in Raytracing and DLSS, because there are no titles that make use of the techniques. We can not say that the card is clearly the fastest on the market because, even though AMD can not keep up, the card gets tough competition from last generations GTX 1080Ti. So is it worth the money? Perhaps, if raytracing turns out to be a super functionality in the future, this is certainly possible. But as the GTX 2080 looks right now, it's just a more expensive GTX 1080Ti ... with raytracing.
If we just look at GIGABYTE's product, they offer a solid built and well-cooled RTX 2080, which is actually one of the cheapest RTX 2080 cards on the market. If you want a card that is quiet, you may want to look at the more expensive models, but otherwise GIGABYTE Gaming OC will get a recommendation from here.
Innovation/Technology - 5
The RTX 2080 is based on NVIDIA's all-new Touring architecture, which enables real-time raytracing and much more. The card is also the first to use the new faster GDDR6 RAM and is equipped with 8GB of it.
Design/Layout - 4
The GIGABYTE card offers features like RGB lights under the logo on the side of the card. The cooler comes from their Wind Force lineup and keeps the card at 72 degrees during load, which is really impressive. Unfortunately, the card is a little more noisy than I hoped, so we land on 4 points.
Software/BIOS - N/A
We have tested on release drivers and beta overclocking software. Therefore, no score is given this time.
Performance - 5
The RTX 2080 performs like last-generations GTX 1080Ti, that equals a 20-30% performance increase compared to the GTX 1080. In addition, the card offers brand new features like raytracing, where useful raftracing performance is only an option with an these new RTX cards.
Price - 2
With a starting price of 6500 DKK the RTX 2080 is suddenly very hard to sell. A 1080Ti with the same performance more RAM, but without raytracing costs 1000 DKK less. In the future, one can hope that the RTX 2080 falls to the level of its predecessor the GTX 1080, but that seems unlikely without serious competition from AMD.
