Konklusion
Velfortjente 5 points her fra.
Design/Layout - 5

hereUK summary
The general incentive to invest in a slightly older socket 775 motherboard has disappeared with the launch of Intels new X-58 mainboard - which can run both Crossfire and SLI, and is in the same price range. However, it is an issue I will not let Zotac suffer under - their nForce 790i Supreme performs quite well. If you still own an Intel Yorkfield or Wolfdale CPU, and aren't too crazy about the idea of having to invest in an i7 processor and a Tri-Channel Kit, this is certainly the motherboard for you.
Innovation / Technology - 4
There is as such no revolutionary innovations in the chipset. It includes technologies that have been used for many years. Yet there is now the opportunity to use DDR3 memory, and held together with the fact that the RAM and FSB can be operated independently of each other, and SLI support - which applies to both Tri-SLI and Quad SLI - here we have a very nice solution indeed.
Bundle / Accessories - 5
I can only give the highest rating here. Zotac has really emphasized the good selection of equipment and accessories for the motherboard. I can't think of anything that was missing or could have been done better. A well-deserved 5 points from HWT.
Design / Layout - 5
Once again I have nothing negative to point out. The Zotac nForce 790i Supreme meets all our requirements that can rightly be made of a 790i chipset-based motherboard, and it will be difficult to further improve on the product.
Software / BIOS - 3
Here a bit of criticism comes into play - I think it is quite disappointing that there is only a CD with drivers on top of such a motherboard. It had been obvious to include a licensed version of 3DMark, or one of the more topical, larger gaming titles. In addition to that, I have a feeling - after having tested the card - that there is room for improvement in the BIOS, seeing the board ran the best superpi time, but had to collect the slowest RAM bandwidth.
Performance - 4
Although an FSB of 550 is not overly much when most overclocking records tend to be stolen interchangeably by P45 and X58, it is still adaptively high relative to its immediate competitors. A grade of 4 can certainly be justified here.
Price - 3
The Zotac Supreme currently costs just under DKK 2200,- which is a perfectly fair price for a motherboard in this class, and places it in the middle of the field. All in all, 3 points for a fair price.
