Konklusion & UK Summary
NFS Underground 2, Far Cry, Rainbow Six: Raven Shield og Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30.

UK Summary
Well, what have I learned after all these hours of testing ? The answer is fairly simple: there's hardly any difference between AGP and PCI-E, yet.
This is because graphics cards don't yet fully use the bandwidth available with PCI-E technology, so there isn't really much performance to get by upgrading to PCI-E. The difference there is is due to the higher core and memory speeds which PCI-E cards are clocked at.
In short: there is no reason to upgrade to PCI-E yet. With that said, however, you should keep the new possibilities which PCI-E provides in mind, such as the ability for SLi and whatever ATI decides to call their dual card solution.
Also, I will mix in a "X-factor" too, something which cannot be measured, only experienced. What I am talking about is the "feel" you have in a game, which you all know: there is nothing more irritating than the feeling that the graphics is a split second behind the game. I tried several different games on both machines, such as NFS Underground 2, Far Cry, Rainbow Six: Raven Shield and Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30, and the best coherence/relationship between graphics and game, the best "feeling", was when using PCI-E.
A common thing for all of the games was that they felt more fluid using PCI-E rather than AGP, however, this cannot be proven so you must take my word for it.
Point Of View GeForce 6600GT AGP: Focusing on the AGP card for a short while I must say that it is a very good card, especially considering the price. Everything about the card works as expected, the driver installation was troublefree, as was installing the overclocking tool. Two things which weren't so good was the fan noise and the TV out. The fan isn't very loud nor irritating, but after a couple of hours of gaming the sound gets somewhat dominating.
The image quality using TV out isn't the most clear I've seen, but absolutely decent, though. I tested TV out on both of my TV's, a 42" Alfa View and a 24" Panasonic. On the large screen the picture wasn't as clear as on the smaller one, where the picture quality was splendid for watching movies.
So if you're looking for a new AGP card for your system, but circumstances limits your choices, then this is the card for you, you will not be disappointed.

Point Of View GeForce 6600GT AGP: Now it's the PCI-E card's turn, and also here Point of View has made a very good card at the price. Like its AGP based sibling it's aimed at the gamer who cannot afford the really high end cards on the marked. Compared to my Point Of View GeForce 6800 Ultra it performs very well, especially considering that it only costs a third as much.
The PCI-E version has the same fan as the AGP version, and with the same annoying noise. That is, however, the only downside to this card.
I will also mention the VIVO functionality here, as the quality really surprised me. First I tried using the S-VHS cable, and got the same image quality as the AGP model provided. However, this card supports HDTV via the RGB cables, which my 42" plasma monitor also does, and I was stunned by the result, never before have I seen such a computer-provided image on a TV screen; the quality was just as good as when using a VGA cable.
So if you're considering upgrading your PC and you want the futureproof PCI-E this is clearly a splendid choice you won't regret.

Common for both cards is "Bang for the Buck", so if your wishlist contains a new graphics card these two would be good choices.
