Edimax BR-6504n was a possitive experience to work with. Yours truly, has never before had the pleasure of setting up a wireless network, but with the quick guide between my fingers, and the extended manual on CD-ROM, the intallationprocess went fairly easy - even for a newbie. The design is sleek, and it fell to our liking that the adapter on that behalf, put off a certain anonymous aura, even though it may not be the smallest adapter on the market. Performance-wise the BR-6504n performed exactly like Edimax promised. Suprisingly enough, it was more long distances than obsticles between router and reciever, wich caused the biggest loss of signal strength.

802.11n is as new as it gets within wireless WiFi communication, and we were pleased to find, that our test equipment was able to handle the new standard.
We wanted to give it five points, but with draft 3.0 lurking around the corner four points sets the score right.
Bundle/Accessories - 4
The inculeded accessories was more than enough for our needs. The long USB-extender measureing 1 meter in length, was very practical and allowed us to move the adapter around for the best possible signal. The quick guide along with the extended manual on CD-ROM, was very easy to read and browse.

The EW-7718Un has a very sleek design, and the white color, makes it very anonymous, compared to what other similar products there is available today. The white color also makes the adapter appear smaller than it really is.
Software/Interface - 4
The adapter was very easy to set up. The large part of options that wasn't easiely understandable for a first timer, were thoroughly explained in the manual. The software itself, was easy to browse, and did not at any point leave us with a feeling of lack of options.
Performance - 5
The performance was excellent. Yours truly used the adapter for dayly work in the period of time when the test was going on, and at no point experienced any loss of data, or aprupted downloads. Suprisingly enough, it was more long distances than obsticles between router and reciever, wich caused the biggest loss of signal strength.
Price - 4
As one of the absolute cheapest 802.11n draft 2.0 USB adapters on EDBpriser, five points is well deserved. To top that off, the design is very high class,
and this makes the adapter appear more expensive than it really is.
