Konklusion

Skal du have overvågning, gerne med flere kameraer, og har du ikke de store midler til rådighed - ja, så er der Trendnet TV-IP110W IP at vælge. Softwaren der følger med fungerer fint, og der er mulighed for at overvåge helt op til 16 kameraer på en gang. Det er måske ikke det kønneste produkt på hylden, men det har de mest basale funktioner.

Teknisk set er det vel hvad vi må betragte som et standard produkt. 640x480 pixels opløsning er ikke overvældende men ok til hjemmebrug i de fleste tilfælde.

Det er en færdig pakke, klar til at sætte op og montere på væggen, eller hvor man nu ønsker at placere kameraet. Alle nødvendige kabler er med i pakken.

Design/Layout - 2
Vi er ikke imponeret over designet - det vækker minder om en stor firkantet betonblok, med påmonteret linse og antenne. Hvis der skal gives et positiv spin på designet så kan man da sige, at det er holdt i en minimalistisk stil med en neutral hvid farve.

Software - 3
Softwaren er derimod bestemt ikke minimalistisk, men rettere en overflod af knapper og indstillingsmuligheder. Det er et godt og intuitivt stykke software der opfylder de krav som stilles til produktet.

Ydelse - 3
Produktet virker grundlæggende som det skal - der er blot nogle få elementer, som ikke fungerer optimalt eller blot efter hensigten. De største udfordringer var bevægelses sensoren og upload af billeder via ftp og email. Det har ikke været helt let at få det til at virke optimalt, og den del af produktet kan helt klart forbedres. Bortset fra det, så er billederne meget fine, og hvis der er lys nok, kan man godt genkende personer/biler eller andet der måtte blive fanget på billedet.

Pris - 3
Hvis man er på et budget og man vil erhverve sig et overvågningskamera, kan man for godt 850,-DKK købe dette produkt. Det må siges at være billigt, og specielt for et produkt hvor der medfølger software der understøtter multi-overvågning. Det har måske ikke den bedste ydelse, men hvis man er på et budget og man skal have sat flere overvågningskameraer op, er det et godt køb.

The included software is working fine, and it includes the multiple camera option, with a limit of amazing 16 cameras! The design of the product might not be at its best, but it comes equipped with the basic surveillance funtions, so the design is rather pointless in this matter.

The design is not very appealing. It is very similar to a  large grey concrete block only differed by its recording capabilities. However, the design is very minimalistic and it bears a discrete neutral white colour.

The bundled software comes with so many settings, that you could tweak almost anything out of this product! The software fulfills is task, and is a pleasure to work with.

Performance - 3

The product is fully functional, it has the basic functions and they just work. Some of the settings in the software is rather tricky, when it comes to an easy setup. The greatest challenges was the motion sensor, and the ftp and email, upload functions. It was a struggle in order to make i work, and that was a discomfort of the product. Other than that, the pictures taken, was very satisfying and if you have enough light, you would easily spot an intruder on the camera shots!

Price - 3

If your budget is limited, and you would like to aquire a cheap surveillance camera, you would have to spend around, 850,- DKK in order to by the Trendnet TV-IP110W IP Camera. This is very cheap, considering what the camera can do, and it comes bundled with a flexible software. It's downside is the obviosly resolution of the camera, but if your are on a low budget, and you need a multiple surveillance camera setup, this is a very nice purchase.
