Test: Asus P8Z77-V PRO

Konklusion

Bundkortet her er ikke det vilde overclocker bundkort, men virker som et bundkort der generelt vil passe godt i et lille og stille system der skal gemmes væk, og måske skal flyttes rundt på, både der hjemme men også til LAN.

Innovation/Teknologi - 4
Der er ikke voldsomt nye ting under solen, men jeg giver 4 her fordi det er det nyeste chipset fra Intel, og med et WiFi modul og de klasiske Asus funktioner er det et ganske fint bundkort.

Bundle/Tilbehør - 4
Pakken er ikke ligefrem proppet, men der er hvad der skal være, og lidt mere til, hvilket samlet giver et 4 tal fra mig.

Design/Layout - 4
Med god plads omkring CPU soklen og med plads til 2 grafikkort der fylder 3 PCI pladser, og med samtidig plads til et PCIe x1 kort mangler vi kun en tænd/sluk og en restart knap før layoutet ville være perfekt. Jeg giver 4 fordi det lige mangler det sidste.

Software/BIOS - 5
Som altid fra Asus finder vi en BIOS der er nem og god at bruge, og med AI Suite II kan jeg ikke give andet end 5 her.

Ydelse - 3
Ydelsen var for mig svær at afgøre. Jeg vendte et 4 og et 3 tal flere gange, men endte alligevel med 3, da Asus kortet her generelt ligger bagefter de to sammenlignede kort.

Pris - 4
Jeg sammenligner mest med hvad man får med AsRock bundkortet her. Kortet her er cirka 400kr. dyrere end AsRock kortet, og for de penge får man også lige det mere med. Jeg endte derfor på et 4 tal som jeg også gav AsRock bundkortet.

UK summary

This board is not the wild overclocking board, but it seems like a board that generally would fit quite well in a small quiet system that has to be stowed away, and  maybe also need to be moved around - both at home and on LAN´s

Innovation/Technology -  4
There is no impressive things beneath this platform, but I grade 4 here because it´s the newest chipset from Intel - and with Wi-Fi modul and the classics  Asus features it´s a great motherboard. 

Bundle/Accessories -  4
The bundle is not exsactly overwhelming, but it has what there is suppose to be , and then some - which overall scores the grade 4 from me

Design/Layout -  4
With good space around the CPU socket and with room for 2 videocards taking up 3 x PCI-e slots, and at the same time room for a PCI-e X1, we only need a ON/OFF and a reset button before the layout wpould be perfect. 

Software/BIOS - 5

As always from Asus we discover a BIOS that´s easy and great to handle, and with AI Suite II I can´t really grade anything but 5 in this category. 

Performance - 3
The performance was for me very hard to judge.  I turned both 3 and 4 several time, but still ended up still on the grade 3, since this Asus card generally  is behind the comparing videocards 

Price - 4
I mostly am comparing, with what the Asrock board scored here. The board is still about 400DKK more than the Asrock, and for that money you also get much more included. I therefore grade 4, which is what I also graded the Asrock board.
