Test: EVGA Z77 FTW

Konklusion

Vi har nu for første gang kigget på et EVGA bundkort. Kortet har haft en masse funktioner at byde på og jeg er endnu ikke kommet i tanke om noget bundkortet her mangler.

Innovation/Teknologi - 5
Som skrevet har jeg ikke kunnet finde en funktion bundkortet her mangler. Med mulighed for 4 grafikkort i SLI/CFX og et 5. kort til PhysX sammen med en 3770K CPU kan man lave et af verdens kraftigste spillemaskiner.

Bundle/Tilbehør - 5
Der er alt hvad man kunne få brug for. De PCI brackets der følger med passer lige præcis med de stik bundkortet har, hvilket betyder at uanset hvad, vil man kunne få fuld udnyttelse af alle bundkortets USB og FireWire porte.

Design/Layout - 5
Med mulighed for 5 grafikkort og et 90 graders ATX stik og et velplaceret PCIe strømstik er det utrolig svært at forsvare andet end et 5 tal for kortet her.

Software/BIOS - 4
BIOS har utrolig mange indstillinger, men brugergrænsefladen er måske lige gammel nok, desuden ville understøttelse for overclocking af ekstern grafikkort gøre E-LEET programmet helt perfekt.

Ydelse - 4
Ved standard hastighed følger kortet fint med, men ender ofte med at være en smule langsommere end de sammenlignede kort, dog ser det bedre ud når der bliver overclocket, hvor det ender med at være hurtigst.

Pris - 4
Med en pris på lidt under 2000kr. er dette et bundkort der er svært at gå udenom hvis der skal bygges et stort og kraftigt system. Jeg synes man får en masse for sine penge her, og kortet danner et rigtig godt grundlag for et rigtig kraftigt system.

UK summary

This is the first time we are testing a EVGA motherboard. The board has been equipped with a lot of usefull functions, I don't think that anything is missing on this board.

Innovation/Technology - 5
 As I just wrote above I can't find any missing functions on this motherboard. With the possibility of 4 gfx cards in SLI/CFX and a 5th nVidia as PhysX, that combined with a  3770K CPU and you have the worlds most powerfull gaming rig.

Bundle/Accessories - 5
There are everything you will ever need for this motherboard. The PCI brackets that has been included in the bundle makes sure that every connector on the motherboard can be used out of the box, without the need for cables in the tower.

Design/Layout - 5
With the possibility of 5 gfx cards, a 90 degree ATX power connector and a well fitted PCIe power connector, I can't give less than 5 for this board.

Software/BIOS - 4
BIOS have so many details to alter, but the user interface is a bit old. One thing I miss in E-LEET is the possibility to overclock external gfx cards, this will make it the perfect utility.

Performance - 4
 At stock clock this board just hangs on to the other tested, being just a little slower most of the time. But overclocked it turns around and becomes the best board in the test. 

Price - 4
With a price just under 2000 DKK, It's worth it. You get a board with a lot of connections, great stability and delivering superior performance. I will recommend this as your next performer board.
