Bundkortet kommer med Gigabyte's efterhånden velkendte OC Touch, placeret et ganske fint sted for en overclocker, nemlig i toppen til højre. OC Touch delen giver mulighed for at ændre på mange af de indstillinger der ændres på ved et overclock direkte på bundkortet.

 

Bundkortet har understøttelse for op til 4 grafikkort. For at gøre dette har Gigabyte brugt PCIe 2.0 baner til den sidste port.

 

Hvis man gøre brug af pladserne til alle disse grafikkort er det en god idé med ekstra strøm til PCIe portene, da der kan trækkes op til 75Watt per port blot igennem bundkortet, hvilket samlet giver 300Watt der skal flyttes fra ATX stikket til PCIe portene. Strømstikket her giver bundkortet en del ekstra at arbejde med.

 

Ved siden af SATA portene har Gigabyte placeret 2 USB 2.0 porte til USB stik for at gøre det nemmere for en overclocker at gemme sine resultater.

 

I chipsettet finder vi en SATA Express port som har en hastighed på op til 10 Gb/s mod SATA3 som kun har en hastighed på 6 Gb/s. Det har Gigabyte selvfølgelig valgt at udnytte, så kræfterne i ens meget dyre SSD ikke går til spilde med en port der ikke kan følge med.

 

På bundkortet finder vi også et Killer E2200 netkort der kan hjælpe med at leverer en bedre spiloplevelse i online spil.

du giver 1500 kr for et bundkort, så kan de snart lige så godt gå hele vejen.

Derved lave et nichevare med F1/Ferrari tema.

Hastigheden er ikke alt, men grafiske ting osv. Det vil få et hak opad i stil med Acer Ferrari serie i sin tid.

Jeg har også set Lambo serien indenfor laptops. Dette koncept var ikke meget for.

Det kan være man selv kan modificere bios billede til F1/Ferrari selv. Derved spare udgiften til koncernen.
