Test: Logitech Quickcam Pro 5000

Konklusion

Kameraet skuffer mig på grund af navnet, der lægger op til at det er det ultimative inden for webcams, men det kan det slet ikke leve op til. Ser man derimod hvad man for til prisen er der dog mere fornuft i det.

Innovation
RightLight og RightSound er Logitech bestemt gode teknologier, men er ikke til mere end middelkarakter.3

Bundle
Næsten alt man kunne forestille sig er med, dog er alt ikke efter min smag, ikke mindst headsettet som nævnt i testen. 4

Design
Designet som logitech har valgt har vist sig holdbart i langtid, dog lever plastik kvaliteten ikke op til navnet og foden er sidder for dårligt fast og mangler lidt stivhed i forhold til indstillingen af den. 3

Software
Softwaren skuffer mig. Godt nok kan man indstille alt man kunne ønske for kameraet, men der er ikke noget hjælp at hente til hvordan. Der er da nok også en del der vil få morskab ud af effekterne, men det er ogå den eneste det har at byde på. 3

Ydelsen
Billedkvaliteten er bare ikke god nok, ikke mindst under dårlige lysforhold og ingen 1.3Megapixel video! 2

Prisen
Hvis man inkludere de 100kr man kan få tilbage via logitech, så er prisen virkelig god og selv uden for man meget for pengene. 4

Conclusion

The webcam disappoints me because the name would suggest the best og the best, but it accomplishes no where near the performance needed to live up to such a name. On the other hand, if you look at what you get for your money, it is another matter.

Innovation
RightLight are RightSound are good technologies, but still only enough for an avarage value.3

Bundle
Nearly everything you could imagine is included, but not everthing is to my taste. The headset for an example as mentioned.

Design
The design chosen by logitech has proven to be a lasting one. The quality is not the best and the stand is too loose and lacks rigedness in order to mount it correctly

Software
The software disappoints me. Eventhough you can alter every posible setting, there is no help in how to do it correctly. Alot of people whould probably be amused by the videoeffects, but that is also the only thing it has to offer.

Performance
The imagequality is simply not good enough. Especially under lowlight conditions and there is no 1.3Megapixel video support.

Price
If you include the 100DKR rabate given by logitech the price is really good and even without this you get a lot for your money.
