Konklusion
Software - 4
UK summary
Now we have gradually been through some routers from ASUS, and common to them all is that they each once again delivered on performance. ASUS has also this time been able to make a router that can provide as it is in the absolute world class. The design leans on ASUS latest shots from the trunk, which I personally think is quite fresh. However, due to the 6 antennas, it is not easy to hide.
The performance of the router is quite excellent, and it is by this router refreshing to see that ASUS has thought about the product and decided to run it down a little in the theoretical speed, but made the "clusters", which now actually get a card that almost use the wireless potential of the product.
The only negative I have to say about ASUS RT-AC3200 is the GUI unfortunately was a little lame, it seemed lethargic and not very responsive, but since I have never experienced this in a ASUS router before, my best guess is that there must be a bug in the software version that is out right now, and that this will be resolved in a future patch.

It is a little difficult to give points in, for how much can you develop a product without standards in the box? Here ASUS has chosen to go other ways, and added the ability for two SSIDs in the 5 GHz band, which allows you to use a speed of 2600 Mbps if you have two devices that support AC1300. Very well thought out, and a step in the right direction.
I was a little skeptical when I first read about this router, already at AC-1734 there is no longer any network adapters that can keep up with, so could not really see why anyone would make a could run at 3200 Mbps, but I was really positively surprised.
Bundle/Accessories - 3
Well, there are what is needed, not too much and not too little. It is difficult to give more than 3.
Design/Layout - 4
The design is somewhat a matter of taste, but personally I really like the design. However, they have now become so large that some may think that they has become too big. During the test period, it resulted in more than one comment from the wife that it does not fit properly anywhere in the living room, because it is so hard to hide. Seems Nevertheless, it deserves 4.
Software/BIOS - 4
The software is as always at the top, usually I will give it a nice 5 for all functions, but it is here the sluggish interface pulls down which made me disappointed. I hope and believe that this is a bug in this version, but the error exists while this test is made. Therefore getting a point less.
Performance - 5
Super Performance. There is no doubt about the need to recieve a nice 5. The router delivers what has been promised, and then there's really not much more to say about it.
Price - 3
Here we hit a sore point for DKK 2149,- at the time of writing. This makes it almost DKK 600,- more expensive than ASUS RT-AC87U that delivers better but it lacks the possibility of grouping of the two 5 GHz network. Are the antennas really worth the extra DKK 600,- ? I think not, so unless you really have a need for the additional 5 GHz network, I'd probably rather save the DKK 600,- and go after younger brother, ASUS RT-AC87U.
